The 'Innovacook 5-Section Grill & Griddle Pan, Long Lasting Pan' is a very large pan, the photos I have taken show the pan on a 110cm hob and it absolutely dominates it.The pan has a circular contact thermal layer measuring 23cm across and my cooker, which is the largest I could buy at the time, has cooking rings measuring 22cm.The pan feels OK quality for the money though it is not especially heavy, the non stick surface seems quite consistent and the pan bottom looks decent - however it is not perfectly flat and can wobble when sat on an induction surface.Admission - I did not try this on my cooker, I tried it on my mother-in-laws gas hob. I will not try any pans on my hideously expensive cooker that don't come from a shop I can visit as last time I tried one it blew the circuitry on my induction cooker and I had to replace the whole thing (as apparently they can't fix induction cookers yet).In use on a gas hob it works as intended, though it does take a little warming up due to the size. We did cook a full english on it and it came out pretty good to be honest - if a little crowded in the pan.At £34.99 this is not a bad price for a pan. For all cooker types apart from Induction range cookers this should be a decent pan.I cannot recommend this for induction, especially if, like me, you have a hideously expensive range induction cooker - in which case I would suggest you only ever buy decent brand from a well known shop. It may cost more in the short term but not in the longer term. I had a £3.99 pan blow up my 18 month old range cooker and it had to be completely changed - never again!
We like to make our own burgers from scratch, and serve them with fried eggs and caramelised red onion. Rather than trying to keep everything for intermingling in one pan, or washing up multiple plans, I thought this seemed worth a go. We currently have an electric cooker, but we're planning to replace it with induction in the not-too-distant future, so a pan that works with both is ideal.The pan looked like cast iron in the images, but is aluminium with an induction-friendly pad on the base. The metal is seemingly quite thin, as you can see the rings of the base on the upper side. This doesn't affect the way it works, but does feel a bit low-quality. The pan heats up quickly due to the light thermal mass, and the plastic handle stays cool to the touch. The griddle section works okay, but if you're hoping for brown grill lines on your food you might be disappointed, as the raised sections aren't terribly tall. I'm not sure what the embossed rings are for in the other two sections - circular eggs, maybe? What I am sure of is that they trap burnt on food and are a paint to clean, despite the non-stick coating.The pan is okay, but you have to temper your expectations. I am disappointed by the quality of the casting, with prominent bits being too small to sear, and other sections catching dirt.
Feels like quite a sturdy pan but the handle is way too weak for the weight of it. After three months of light use, the handle had already started to split and feels like it will probably break off soon.Only ever washed in the sink with fairy liquid.
Amazing addition to my van! Makes the full English breakfast so easy to cook and washes without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.
Use on my twin induction camper hob.Proper non stick ! Works great, could t ask or do anything more!

Easy to use and saves on having to use three or four saucepans.
I wasn't expecting too much from this pan but it is perfect. It is fairly lightweight, but not flimsy. I've cooked everything from burgers to halloumi and it cooks them perfectly with very little oil, and leaves lovely flame marks on them. It's great value.

The pan is a beast quite heavy as well ideal for camping could fit alot of food to cook at once on the pan.

Does breakfast pretty well, quicker than grilling. Bit tricky getting the fried egg out intact, scrambled is probably healthier anyway!
